This private policy applies to you if you are a representative of any of our client or suppliers and you reside within the European Union.

Kindoré may hold your personal data for marketing purposes. Kindoré may send you marketing communication however you can opt out.
6. Where and How long will we store your data for?
Data security is of great importance to us. We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other thirds parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
In principle, your personal data will be stored in our systems for as long as we engage with you and up to a period of seven years after our relationship have ended. We review our data retention obligations to ensure we are not retaining data for longer than we are legally obliged to.
