Connect with us
Whether you are applying to a specific role or simply wish to register with us, we're thrilled that you want to join us. Please submit your CV, and upon meeting our criteria, a Kindoré consultant will reach out to you.

Introductory call
This is is an opportunity for us to hear more about your background and your skills. It is also a chance for you to know more about us and what types of roles we have available.

In-depth interview
Our interviews are a two-way conversation meant to be rigorous but also friendly. We will discuss your employment history, motivations, skills, specific abilities and experience. And you'll have the opportunity to ask questions of your own.

Checks and matching
After carrying out employment and compliance checks (DBS, Paediatric First Aid etc...), we will start the process of matching you with a family. We will always only present you with the roles for which you would be a good fit.
Nanny requirements
To be considered for a nanny position, you will need to have a minimum of two years experience as a nanny, or one year experience with relevant qualifications for junior nanny roles. In addition there are a number of skills and qualities that are important for a nanny to possess. Some of these include a calm and patient demeanour, empathy, good communication skills, reliability and safety consciousness.
Because continuity of care is important for the wellbeing of children, and in the interest of families, a willingness to commit for at least a year is also important.
